What I offer as a Doula...
Childbirth Classes
This three-part childbirth education series is offered during your second or third trimester and takes place in the comfort of your own home, creating a familiar and relaxed environment for learning. These classes are thoughtfully designed to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you prepare for your birthing experience.
Throughout the series, we will explore the stages of labor, induction methods, pain management options, and the immediate postpartum period. We will also practice labor and birth positions in different rooms of your home so you can discover what feels most natural and comforting to you. Together, we will create both a birth plan and a postpartum plan that reflect your values, needs, and preferences.
Each session lasts approximately one hour to an hour and a half, allowing time for meaningful conversation, hands-on practice, and personalized guidance.
For families who prefer or need a remote option, these classes can also be offered virtually.
The B&B Basic Package
The B&B Basic Package includes two in-home prenatal visits and one virtual postpartum visit, offering warm, personalized support throughout your pregnancy and birth experience.
Prenatal Visits
During your in-home prenatal sessions, we will explore your goals and preferences for labor and birth to create a personalized birth plan. We will also practice breathing techniques and effective labor and birth positions right in your home. These visits help us build a strong, trusting relationship so you feel fully supported as you prepare for birth.
Labor & Birth Support
Beginning at 38 weeks, I will be on-call for you 24/7. I will join you as soon as labor begins and remain with you throughout the entire birth process, offering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. After your baby arrives, I will stay for 1–2 hours to ensure you feel comfortable and cared for.
Postpartum Visit
Your virtual postpartum visit provides dedicated time to reflect on your birth experience, ask questions, and receive support as you adjust to early postpartum life.
Additional Support
This package includes phone support as needed throughout pregnancy.

The B&B Premium Package
The B&B Premium Package offers an elevated level of care, including three in-home prenatal visits, one virtual prenatal session, one in-home postpartum visit, and one virtual postpartum visit. This package is perfect for families looking for comprehensive support before, during, and after birth.
Prenatal Visits
During your in-home prenatal visits, we will discuss your birth goals and preferences to create a thoughtful, personalized birth plan. We will review important postpartum topics and practice breathing techniques, comfort measures, and labor and birth positions in the comfort of your home.
Your virtual prenatal session offers an additional opportunity to explore new questions or topics as your pregnancy evolves. Together, we will build a strong, trusting relationship that supports you emotionally and mentally throughout your journey.
Labor & Birth Support
Starting at 38 weeks, I will be on-call for you 24/7. When labor begins, I will be by your side for the entire duration of your labor and birth, providing continuous support. After birth, I stay for 1–2 hours to assist with recovery and can offer breastfeeding support if desired.
Postpartum Visits
Your in-home postpartum visit provides hands-on newborn and feeding support, space to process your birth experience, and guidance tailored to your postpartum needs. Your virtual postpartum visit allows us to reconnect, answer questions, and ensure you feel supported during your transition into parenthood.
Additional Support
This package includes phone support as needed throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

The B&B Deluxe Package is the most comprehensive offering, featuring a full childbirth education classes, three in-home prenatal visits, two virtual prenatal sessions, and two in-home postpartum visits. This package is ideal for families who want a deeply supported, education-rich experience throughout their entire journey.
Childbirth Education Classes
Your package begins with a complete childbirth education class that covers labor physiology, comfort and coping techniques, partner involvement, informed decision-making, and what to expect during every stage of the birth process. This class builds a strong foundation for a confident, empowered birth experience.
Prenatal Visits
In-home prenatal visits allow us to discuss your birth goals, create a personalized birth plan, and explore postpartum preparation. We will practice breathing techniques, comfort measures, and labor and birth positions in your home.
Your virtual prenatal sessions give us additional time to address questions or new topics that arise as your pregnancy progresses. Through all prenatal contact, we build a strong, supportive, and trusting relationship tailored to your needs.
Labor & Birth Support
From 38 weeks onward, I am on-call 24/7 and ready to join you whenever labor begins. I will remain with you throughout your labor and birth, providing steady emotional, physical, and informational support. After birth, I stay for 1–2 hours to support your initial recovery and can assist with breastfeeding if desired.
Postpartum Visits
Your two in-home postpartum visits provide comprehensive support, including guidance with feeding, newborn care, emotional check-ins, birth processing, and tailored resources or referrals. These visits are designed to help you feel confident and supported during the early weeks with your baby.
Additional Support
The B&B Deluxe Package also includes unlimited text and phone support, ensuring you have consistent access to reassurance and guidance whenever needed.

Post-Partum Support
Adjusting to life after welcoming a new baby can be both joyful and challenging. My postpartum support visits are designed to provide compassionate, personalized care to help you navigate this transition with confidence and ease.
During our time together, we can explore how you are feeling and support your emotional well-being, process your birth experience in a safe, non-judgmental space, and address any questions or concerns you may have. I also provide practical assistance, including breastfeeding guidance, newborn care, support with older children, light meal preparation, and help with light household tasks as needed.
Visits are fully tailored to your needs and scheduled according to the number of hours and level of support that feel right for you. Postpartum care is offered at an hourly rate, allowing flexibility to meet your family’s unique needs during this important time of adjustment.
Every service includes one complimentary meet and greet that can be done in person or virtually, if desired.
