What I offer as a Doula...
Childbirth Classes
These classes take part during the second or third trimester, in the comfort of your own home where you will most likely spend your time laboring. This is a 3 part series classes that includes discussing the three stages of labor, practicing labor and birth positions in various rooms of the home, and making a birth and post-partum plan. Each class will last about an hour to an hour and a half. These classes can be done virtually as well. For more information, questions, or to schedule a meet and greet, please get in contact with me.

The B&B Deluxe Package
This includes one complimentary meet and greet to see if this Doula/Mama relationship is a good fit (no obligation), three prenatal visits, and two post-partum visits. The prenatal visits include discussing your goals for birth, making a birth and post-partum plan, and practicing breathing techniques as well as labor and birth positions in your own home. During these visits, we will be developing a good, healthy relationship that is trust worthy and supporting to you. I will be on-call for you 24/7 and there for you during the duration of your labor and birth, I stay 1-2 hours after birth as well. I can also assist in breastfeeding, if that is your preferred way of feeding baby. The post-partum meetings will include everything listed in the post-partum support description.

Post-Partum Support
This includes discussing how you are doing after having a baby, feelings you may have towards your birth experience, breast-feeding support, helping with older children, meal prepping, newborn care (if wanted or needed) and light house work duties.
Each visit will be scheduled based off of how many visits you may want/need.
